What do I need to succeed?
You will need a list of patient emails or phone numbers (or both) you’ve seen recently. (Ex: Patients you saw last week.)
This should be easily exported from your practice software.
What do I need to do?
- You will need to send that list to us – or import it to your Smile Reports account yourself.
- Add “service@socialdentalnetwork.com” to your contacts to prevent our emails from getting routed to your spam folder.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged 30 days from the day you activated your free trial.
The cost per location is $168 per month for as long as your subscription remains active.
What if I want to cancel?
You’re free to cancel your subscription at any time.
Your account will be canceled before your next billing period and you would not be charged anything further.
Is there a contract or is it month to month?
No contracts whatsoever.
You pay for the service, you get 5-star service.
Will you remind us to send or upload a list?
Yes, just add “service@socialdentalnetwork.com” to your contacts to prevent our emails from getting routed to your spam folder.
Beyond that, our support team will call your practice if we notice that you’re not “arming the system” so to speak.
Will my reviews publish to our social media?
Yes, you have the option to AMPLIFY your word of mouth by automatically sharing your reviews to your practice social media profiles – or not.
It’s a simple toggle on/off button.
How will I know if it's working?
You will receive real-time notifications whenever private feedback and/or a public review is submitted – via email, text/SMS, or via app push notifications.
Your monthly performance report will also indicate:
- How many new reviews received in the past 30 days.
- The text and contact details of each review.
- The average rating of your entire review profile.
- Your top review sites.
- Review site comparison.
