Google My Business Welcome Offers for New Patients
Along with posting practice updates, promoting upcoming events and special offers, every dentist should also have a Welcome Offer ready to great new followers.

How Dentists Set Up GMB Welcome Offers
- On your mobile device, open the Google My Business app.
- At the bottom of your screen, tap Profile

- On your profile page under “Turn followers into customers,” tap Create welcome offer.
- To continue, tap Create.
- To cancel, tap No thanks.
- Enter the following information:
- The title (e.g. 20% off donuts)
- A description
- Coupon code (optional)
- Terms and conditions (optional)
- A website link (optional)
- Tap Preview.
- To change your information, tap

- Preview your offer. Tap Publish.
- To see your published welcome offer, in the notification, tap View.

How to edit your offer
- On your mobile device, open the Google My Business app.
- At the bottom of your screen, tap Profile
- In the top right corner, tap More
.
- Tap Edit offer.
- Edit the information you want to change.
- Once you’re done with your edits, tap Preview.
- Preview your offer. If it’s to your liking, tap Publish.
- To replace the existing welcome offer with your newly edited offer, tap Ok.
- To cancel, tap Cancel.
How to delete your offer
- On your mobile device, open the Google My Business app.
- At the bottom of your screen, tap Profile
- In the top right corner, tap More
- Tap Delete offer
Delete.
